Natu Camara

Natu Camara is a globally celebrated Guinean artist known for her vibrant fusion of Afro-rock, soul, and pop. With a powerful voice and an inspiring message, she captivates audiences worldwide while using her platform to uplift and empower. Born in Ivory Coast, Camara co-founded West Africa's first ever female R&B/hip-hop ensemble, the Ideal Black Girls, whose debut album, Guinea mou monèra ("It's not a shame to be a woman"), has sold millions of copies. Based in New York and touring internationally, Camara is deeply committed to humanitarian work through her Dimedi Foundation, which which supports education and mentorship for young girls in Guinea.
